Introduced a new process without losing the secret of the ancestral taste by transition to production in modern facilities from the traditional workshops; MADO has achieved a significant increase in its production capacity with the innovative steps that it has taken successively. MADO is currently one of the most important ice cream brands that has worldwide marketing capabilities.
In our factories founded on 33 thousand acres, we have the capacity to make 120 tons of ice cream, 10 thousand cakes, 50 thousand milk desserts and 10 thousand trays of sherbet desserts every day. From the moment that the ice creams are produced, they are preserved in the warehouses of the factory without losing their taste and quality.
Mado enriches all of its products with continuous R&D studies, and prepares the products by sticking to the traditional methods and using the state-of-the-art technology. Milk desserts, sherbet desserts, cakes and all packaged products are manufactured with the best quality materials obtained from each region and without using any additives.
There is no limit in terms of our services and all of our products being manufactured with meticulous workmanship and with the materials supplied from all around Anatolia, without any concessions on quality and according to the production techniques transferred from the traditional manual counters to the factory production.
